Week 2 Results

Honeymoon is over! 

Both Ned and I had a bad week.  Let's hope we pick it up next week!

  1. Slackers!! ;) But seriously, Steve...Tues and Thurs cardio (30 minutes mininum) and MWF the workout I gave you, and follow the eating tips I gave you. Do you need to keep a food diary to stay accountable? I'll give you 2 new workouts in 2 weeks. Email me w/ any questions/concerns.
