Ned discovers exercise helps!

If I eat salad one more time I'm going to explode!  I needed a week off from the weeds, so Ned's making me push a little harder this week now that he's "winning."

We'll see about that Ned!

Ned:  201.6 (-2lbs. for the week for -.98% and that gives him a total of -10lbs overall which is -4.73%)
Steve:  202.0 (+.2 lbs for the week for a +.0009% and a total of -8.6 lbs overall which is -4.08%)

Keep up the good work Ned!
(Oh, and saying you're running a "5K" sounds great and all, but we know that's really just 3 miles which I run each day for my warm up.  Nice try Ned!)

Week 7

The 200 lb barrier remains and Ned made up some ground, maybe he'll make it a contest after all??

Ned:  203.6 ( -1.8 lbs. for a -.88% drop this week and an even -8 lbs. overall for a -3.78% overall)
Steve:  201.8 (-1.2 lbs for a -.59% drop this week and -8.8 lbs. overall for a -4.18% overall)

Now that I've survived Jessica's birthday, if I can just get through Kaden's without having a "Ned Week" blowup, I should be in a good position moving forward.

Come on Ned, we can do it!  (or at least I can!)

Week 6

The rollercoaster continues!

Ned = 205.4 (+1.6 lbs. for a  +.78% this week and -6.2 lbs. overall for a-2.93%)
Steve = 203.0 (-2.8 lbs. for a -1.36% this week and -7.6 overall for a 3.60%)

Looking at the graph, we just keep taking turns going up and down.  Here's hoping I can break the trend this week!

Week 5

Looks like Ned hit the wall last week and I ran smack into it this week.

Weight loss is discouraging!

Ned = 203.8 (-3.2 for -1.55% this week and -7.8 for -3.68% overall )

Steve - 205.8 (+1.8 for +.87% this week and -4.8 for -2.27%)

Week 4

I think Ned has given up!  I'm still behind my pace for where I want to be, but apparently I'm racing the pace car because Ned's going in reverse!!

Steve 204.0 (-0.78% this week, -3.13% overall)

Now Ned can't claim that it's just % anymore!  (And now I'll resume my humble posture so that Ned doesn't actually start trying again and drop 10 pounds this week!)
